IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU PURCHASED, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a product from this company 10/15/2007 and after visiting the retail location to pick up my goods as specified on the invoice, I was told to return on 10/27/2007. I returned on the 27th and no one in the company could tell me when the product was ordered or offer a tracking number. On the visit of the 27th I was told that I would receive a call on January 2nd, 2008 from management, providing me with a tracking number. I did not receive the call. I decided to call "pro audio solutions" myself and did so on the 2nd of January. I talked with the manager "a liar" who was unable to provide me with a tracking number. It was never ordered in the first place. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING! This is Fraud! BEWARE! I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |
