3 friends and I stayed here for Fan Fair 2006, through a wonderful tour company. Upon check in, we had problem after problem, from not getting checked in properly, to mold on the bathroom and shower ceiling, not getting housekeeping twice, our key cards getting demaginetized, our phone shut off the night before check out. I left a comment card for the manager, and all I received in return was a tin of Walgreens mixed nuts and an apology for the check in problem. He even barged in on a sleeping roommate to leave this! One of the girls and I stayed there in 04, and had the best stay, look what happened! I contacted the tour company of which this hotel is under, and they bent over backwards to resolve things!
